The big announcement is that we are going to be in the Toronto Pro Super show at the end of the month on May 31st to June 2nd for 3 days. Steven Williams - Mind Body and Soul Workout will be competing in the OPA mens physique show and the fitness model search and also Alvin Lam will be representing Trifect Athletics Inc for his Muay Thai fight!
